We pride ourselves in delivering sensible, friendly and entertaining first aid training, without removing the seriousness of it when a life is at risk. Nevertheless, we know from years of experience that most first aid incidents are minor events and that training should not be aggressive and threatening, an aspect of training from other companies that puts perfectly capable people off the subject entirely.

All during our short sessions and courses, your Training Officer will be able to answer any question you have, in a positive and confidence-reinforcing way. Even after the course has finished and the certificates have been issued, our office is available for enquiries, problem-solving or simply to pass on a relevant first aid experience. Email has no working hours, so contact us anytime and one of the team will get back to you.
